Her business topics include leadership development, women in leadership, topics on diversity and inclusion, gender equality, change management and conflict resolution. Other topics that she speaks on include topics of faith and the intersection of faith & leadership, family and overcoming fear by facing your biggest obstacles head on and racial reconciliation.

In the past Latoya has provided educational and empowering presentations to Carroll University, Carnegie Mellon, The University of Pittsburgh, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, The Network of Executive Women, Sears Holdings Corporation, Women In Manufacturing, Red Caffeine, Berkshire Hathaway, and a number of other Fortune 100 and 500 organizations and institutions. She has also partnered with organizations on a number of podcasts and is in the process of writing two books.
