Latoya Conners Gray invites you to sit at the table, sip your coffee or tea and engage in a conversation that will change the course of the situation you are currently facing. Let's Discuss at the Table exists to serve organizations and individuals looking to grow and find strategic solutions to various problems.
Latoya is a natural born leader and is passionate about the things that affect your life and the lives of others. She gives voice to topics that are challenging but require discussion. She helps others find their passions and their voice. She is authentic and invites you to be authentic as well. She firmly believes that where you start may be out of your control but the journey and where you end up is definitely within your control.
Latoya is known for working with and developing teams. Her business topics include: leadership development, women in leadership, topics on diversity and inclusion, gender equality, change management and conflict resolution. Other topics that she speaks on include: topics of faith and the intersection of faith & leadership, racial reconciliation, family and overcoming fear by facing your biggest obstacles head on.
She has 20 years of experience in management consulting and business. As a woman of color, Latoya has had the opportunity to break through a number of glass ceilings and bring others on the journey with her. She is a business leader in Corporate America, a speaker, mentor, trainer and aspiring author.
She speaks and works with small teams and large audiences. Organizations have engaged Latoya to be their keynote speaker, their panel moderator, their focus group leader and their consultant.
In the past Latoya has provided educational and empowering presentations to Carroll University, Carnegie Mellon, The University of Pittsburgh, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, The Network of Executive Women, Sears Holdings Corporation, Women In Manufacturing, Red Caffeine, Berkshire Hathaway, and a number of other Fortune 100 and 500 organizations and institutions. She has also partnered with organizations on a number of podcasts and is in the process of writing two books.
